In case you havent heard, (we have been receiving emails) The Young Turks have decided to depart from Sirius for another network. Turks, Cenk Uygur, Ben Mankiewicz and Jill Pike, are now holding down the morning drive slot on the Air America Radio Network, which just happens to air on rival XM Radio.
The Young TurksSirius issued a statement on their Web site wishing The Young Turks “the best.”
Prior to signing with Air America, the show was broadcast on Sirius Left, channel 146.
Incidentally, lots of rumors have been swirling around lately concerning Air America and financial troubles that could see the liberal talk-show network declare bankruptcy. Earlier this month, comedian Franken disclosed that his paychecks had stopped coming.
